Light Industrial Roofing

A highly technical rooftop with multiple chillers, cooling loops and penetrations that required complicated tie ins. Recovery board was installed over tar and gravel base. Sikalastic liquid applied roofing membrane was selected do to its’ elastomeric properties allowing to connect complex geometries to the roof field.
